Fees, billing milestones, media budgets and third-party costs are stated in the applicable proposal or agreement.
Clients are responsible for having the right to provide trademarks, images, data and other materials supplied for use in a project.
Included revision rounds are defined in the project scope. Additional work may be separately quoted.
Marketing services do not guarantee a particular sales, traffic, ranking or advertising outcome unless expressly agreed in writing.
Unless otherwise agreed, these terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
